Hello, bonjour, hallo, heydoa, こんにちは

As my blogaddressname suggests, i would love to keep my life simple! simple is beautiful. in interactions with others, in my daily doings and life activities. my quest is to simplify my ambitions. it is an aspiration. i have as yet too many interests, want too many things at once, and so am feeling that i'm not reaching any goal to its end. i am fascinated with the buddhist recommendation for detachment. mentally i am trying to clear my consumer thinking and to rationalise my desires (“needs”) for material objects like books, clothes, comfort things, by NOT buying unless i truly run out or have no more - thereby “travelling light”. (tea is of course out of the equation here…green tea is my passion, and i'm in the land of green tea). Aikido is my lifelong passion and i am fascinated with finding unity on and off the tatami (practice place, dojo). It is amazing when aikido works and quiet connection repeatedly takes place during practice.

i believe all is work-in-progress, also the writing on my blog, with many things-posts started, unsaid-unwritten and only some published-spoken out loud, in true living-life fashion.
